I had a wonderful stay at Amber Lombok Beach Resort. The staff was consistently friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, which made the experience truly enjoyable. I would especially like to thank Duta, the housekeeping manager, who went above and beyond to make my stay special. He is an absolute asset to your hotel.
