Pros: Staff was extremely friendly, and they had so many elevators there was no waiting at all. There were separate pools for families and adults.
Cons: Wasn’t much of a beach, and the adult pool was fairly small. The property was huge like a Vegas hotel, not much of a Hawaii vibe except for the friendliness. Dining options were limited - one place for breakfast, one for lunch and one for dinner.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was great. You do get some steer noise, but it’s quiet during the night when there is no traffic. The lobby always smells of flowers. Pool area is great. Good restaurant on site and restaurants across the street.
