The pool was unserviceable literally dug up no pool, but they did give us access to neighbouring hotels which was good. The electronic check in was bad. The rooms are basic, clean and all you need for an overnight stay before flying. The hotel is ideal location for an early flight from South Terminal as located on the terminal so just pop downstairs to check in and departures / security is on the same level as hotel. Not sure how this hotel is rated as a four star hotel, I think because of the location. Room was dirty and curtains had holes in them. Main and Bathroom Doors were hard to close and needed maintenance, making loud noises when trying to force them to close. No parking available through the hotel.
