"This is an older hotel with lots of history. The Phone Bar was excellent. The Buenos Dias restaurant was excellent. The staff who seemed to be security were not always friendly. The room was clean and large but bed was too firm. Great location in the Zona Rosa and walkable to many sites. "

"The staff were amazingly kind and helpful. Location was excellent although I would recommend taking the metro if you want to explore other neighborhoods. The free historic walking tour that meets in the hotel was wonderful. Breakfast on the roof top was breathtaking. "
