「I have stayed at this location a few times and was satisfied with it in the past. This time, we had a death in the family and I tried to call bluegreen to cancel and was on hold for over 30 minutes on two serrated calls with no luck on reaching someone. We ended up staying one night out of the three we booked. We were really looking forward to the pool, but found out it is permanently closed due to structural issues. There is no indication in the advertising. The pool is falsely advertised. Also...

「We loved it here! I was so cozy and great space for our family. The only thing we were real bummed about was the pool being permanently closed on this property due to structure. It should probably be taken off of the pictures and amenities. The pool was one of the reasons we booked. Otherwise is was a great stay!」
