「Basic accommodation that has all you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was hot and on time. Place is easy to find. Pool isn’t heated in winter. We didn’t use it. We were in a cottage with two bed/two baths and a large living dining area. Nice for a family. 」

「The hotel was great! Staff was very helpful. We were surprised to see that the self-catering room had more than just a microwave and refrigerator, but also had an electric oven and stove top. Beautiful location and very well kept.」

「This is a fake advert. I paid for a room only for me to arrive at the place to be told that they don't have any connection at all with these online adverts and payments. My advise to travellers is, DON'T BOOK TO STAY AT GRAND VIEW LODGE unless it you want to lose your money.」

「This is an amazing little oasis in Vic Falls. The staff is very attentive, even helping us to book dinners and arrange taxis! Great breakfast each day and the rooftop bar was the perfect cherry “on top.” Special call out to Theresa who went out of her way to make our stay wonderful! 」

"部屋も施設全体も清潔に保たれており、ホテルのスタッフも礼儀正しく時間にもきちんとしている上、フレンドリーである。夜間着だったので心配だったが国際空港からホテルの送迎も手配通りきちんとされていた。お湯に出るまでに非常に時間がかかること、Wi-Fiが不安定なこと、付近に食事ができるところがないこと、が改善点として挙げられるが、満足度は非常に高く、また宿泊したいた思えるホテルである。"

"部屋から野生のアフリカゾウが見える立地は最高。飲料水や、ワイン含む飲料の補充が十分にある。バスタブがあるのは嬉しい。チェックインの時間を過ぎてもかなり待たされたのだけは残念。精算時に金額が違っていた（体調を崩してキャンセルしたリバークルーズの料金が加算されたままだった）ので、確認は必要。その他は至れり尽くせりで、レストランや施設の雰囲気も◎　ウエルカムドリンクや朝食時のコーヒーが何処よりも美味しかった。 "
