"We loved the Papyrus Guest House. The staff was super friendly and the dinner we had was excellent. There is a nice bar area to hang out at. The rooms were clean and safe but there was no air conditioning so it got a little warm for us. We felt safe while we were at the property. We did not seek to go out off the property for anything so we can't comment on that. Great value for the money. "

"Beautiful hotel. Room was lovely. Had an A/C problem but they brought a fan immediately which was great. The breakfast was delicious!!! Dinner was great too. But poolside and room service menu’s were very average including the food. I would definitely stay there again. Staff are so friendly. "

"they need to inform clients upfront if they can't accept credit cards. When I tried to pay with my CC for meals I was informed that they can't accept credit cards. Apparently there was an issue with the bank. it creates a predicament to clients who do not have access to cash. otherwise, the stay was excellent "

"This is an old style hotel with plenty of character. Comfortable bed and rooms with ensuite and really interesting decorations and artefacts. Good shower and a fan - important in hot weather.
