「Hotel itself has no problem, but staff has no smile, no apologize.」

「Great !」

「Airport pickup Svc was good and reasonable. Just USD12. Just 5-10 min drive to the hotel from the airport.」

「The staff was friendly, the room was clean, great breakfast, very nice bar, also Pizzaria on the compound.」

「We absolutely loved our stay at two friends. The property was beautiful and the staff was wonderful. We really enjoyed lounging in the pool and then having our dinner down at the lake. We highly recommend this as a location, especially if you are leaving early in the morning to catch a plane for a gorilla Trek」

「N/A」

「We liked that the facility was clean and maintained. It was a little concerning that the evening we were there a bunch of men and women were walking around the lobby with towels only on. Seemed to be doing some type of massages and steam room. Not very family friendly however. Also the pool is not lit after dark so you can’t see your kids in the pool. Had some very loud guests in the pool. As soon as we said something to the attendant she asked them to be quiet and leave the pool.」

「Airport transport services this hotel wast good. Punctuality and driver’s skill and attitude were perfect. 」

「For the price, it is good.」

「Close to airport, clean room and nice staff. Bed was hard and shower was not inviting. breakfast was excellent.」

「Breakfast Reception Room and environment」

「staff helpful」
