The house is located in the district "Le petit village", in the northeast of the village in a very sunny, unobstructed location.
The area is opened by a diagonal lift, the middle station is located next to the building.
In winter you can ski down to the house.
Distance to the ski bus from the lift about 150 meters. Distance to the center about 8-10 minutes walk from the lift, no gradients.
Sunnyest location in Zermatt with a wonderful view of the Matterhorn!
Large studio (45m ^ 2) for 2-3 people with 2 beds, sofa, radio, DVD, cable TV and telephone, Internet WLan, large kitchen with oven and dishwasher, dining table, bathroom / WC, terrace and beautiful Matterhorn view. Washing machine and tumbler in the house.

Was war da los?

Angekommen, keiner da. Telefon Nr Vermieter falsch. Durch Zufall von anderen Gästen Vermieter Telefon Nr bekommen. FEWO angeblich schon anderweitig vermietet. 1. Ersatz FEWO mitten im Ort neben Baustelle, abgelehnt. 2. Ersatz FEWO war OK, und wurde von uns akzeptiert. Fragt man sich schon, was war da los? Hat das Methode?
