I loved the quiet atmosphere and cleanliness of the property. It is also conveniently located, a 10-15 minute walk to just about anywhere you want to go in the village. Friendly staff.

Great service. We were picked up from the train station and dropped back on the day of check out. Very friendly staff. really great value for money. The aparment is big and can easily host 3 to 4 people in total. Walking distance to shops and bars and tourist attractions. Well done to the whole team of this hotel.

Highly recommend. Apartment was really big for two people it was great. The view of the Matterhorn was so pretty! Full kitchen with everything you need to prepare and cook meals. Walkable distance to restaurants and the main part of town. The free shuttle to and from the station was easy. All the staff were great and very helpful. Loved our stay in Zermatt.

What a lovely property. About a 7 minute walk from train station uphill and 5 back down. At the church end of town with lots of options close by. We were very happy and would stay again. We had a living room kitchen and bedroom unit. Very comfortable

Wonderful experience. Our room was perfect and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Great location. Only complaint as I’d seen in other reviews was the bed was hard as a rock. Never got a good night sleep.

My room was very clean and quiet. The staff were very helpful in all regards. The free shuttle to and from the train station was appreciated. The location is only a few minutes' walk to the central business district with its stores and restaurants. I did not find the bed to be comfortable with a thin and hard mattress. But as I found out when checking out, I could have requested a foam mattress cover - lesson learned. I would stay here again.

The hotel is about 10' walk from the train station. The hotel picked us up at the front of the train station. Our room is big and faces the Matterhorn, allowing us to view the Red Mountain in the early morning from our deck and window. One thing you should know is that the "first floor" is about 30 stairs above the ground level and you have to walk up and down. But the hotel staff will help to carry your luggage up to your room and take it down when you leave. We enjoy our time in this hotel.

Kitchenette was very handy to have! Facilities were fine - adequate but nothing special. Appreciated the train station pick up. Weird white biting bugs in the room. Don't know the species. Bedding very rough and hot, but overall it was fine. An observance - If you choose to save the cleaning staff the extra work and choose not to have your room cleaned every day, you will not get the coffee pods refilled. If you ask for pods, they will charge you for more, which I thought was odd and honestly a bit stingy.

Efficiency apartment and views!

Great apartment and the view of the Matterhorn was unbelievable. The guys at the front desk were not as helpful as the women when we checked in. Didn't really know things like when the season was starting to go hike the 5 Lakes. Highly recommend the hotel.

Our serviced apartment was clean, comfortable and convenient (within 10-min) walk to everything in town. But the most amazing feature was the breath-taking view of the Matterhorn from our wrap-around, second-floor balcony. The staff was very friendly, provided excellent information for local hikes and the breakfast was filling and delicitwoth a variety of hot and cold foods every morning. Highly recommend staying here during your visit to Zermatt!

Great place to stay

My 4 night stay at jagerhof apartments was lpleasureable in every way. They picked me up at train station and took me there again on my departure. Apartment was spacios, clean, and very functional. The staff was kind and helpful in every way. And i coukd wa,lk easily to all tourist attractions.
