"Bathroom had small cockroaches roaming around during night. I had to personally kill them for peace of mind. Have a video and couple of photos. Video may not load but can be provided on request. Even photos are not loading due to some reason unknown to be but can be provided. "We have been here for one week holiday. The position of the complex is quite convenient (it is located near the most beautiful and populated area in St. Paul's Bay), but our experience was not satisfactory at all. The building is very old, the room cleaning service below the minimum acceptable level (no liquid soap refill, no towels change) and the shower very difficult to use. The balcony was "equipped" with dirty chairs and sunbeds, and the air conditioning device of the room aside leaking...

"Loved the location. Room had everything we needed. Staff were on hand and checked daily if we needed top up of any items. Great variety of food for breakfast. Our room had a sea view, loved waking up in the morning for a coffee and sit on balcony and watching the world go by. Very relaxing. "

The overall atmosphere was welcoming and well-maintained, making my visit very enjoyable. What stood out the most was the professionalism of the manager, Patricia. When I brought up a small issue regarding the placement of a water station in the lobby, she handled it swiftly and with great care. It was clear that the team is dedicated to providing excellent service. I truly wish I could have such outstanding staff at my own hotel. Everything ran smoothly throughout my stay, and I will definitely be coming back. "
