Very nice family-run hotel and bakery! Great location - beside the Goya Museum and a couple of minutes' walk to Basílica de Nuestra Señora del Pilar Also, coffee and some cakes are available 24/7 in the cafeteria on-site :) Great value for money, very recommended.

Hotel Sauce was a wonderful please to stay - fantastic location, temporary parking to drop off luggage and overnight parking not too far away. The rooms were clean and had good ac, beds were very comfortable and the breakfasts in the cafe downstairs were amazing! Will definitely be staying there again.

Great location, helpful staff, good room, but the sound insulation between rooms is not adequate. If you don’t let the freest air in by opening window, there is an old house smell temporarily. The ground floor cafe is an excellent place to have breakfast / lunch.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! If given the chance I would definitely come back again. The staff is super friendly, there is a cafe/breakfast place downstairs next to the lobby that was super convenient. The food is absolutely delicious especially the cakes. The rooms were very clean & the beds were comfy. My favorite was that a lot of the places I wanted to visit were in close distance & transportation was very close by everywhere.
