"I booked based on price and Expedia guest reviews. Upon arrival I looked at Google Maps to see check-in time since I was early, but when I saw VERY negative guest reviews there I was very concerned and had I seen them I would not have booked here. With apprehension I entered and requested early check-in. I was greeted and my request accommodated. There was strong chemical odor that dissipated after opening my windows, but other than that the room was clean and very nice. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. No English at all, but I'm in Spain so IMHO the language issue is on me. Great location. I extended 2 additional days. Great value. Will stay again. "

"Staff was awesome. My room was awful. Outdated,. Dark, shower smells like mold. I tried to change it inmediately but they said this one was the only one familiar available. We are four. Room 402. A lot of stairs. Not good with our 6 luggages. Nightmare!!. Bathroom door does not close. Everyone can see you from outside. Smells you too. I bought one breakfast and they wanted to charge me 6! There is no control in breakfast. You can say you are room whatever and they charge that room. They dont check. Terrible system!!! I will neverrrr come back!!! No luxury anything!! Bad bad experience 😭"
