This 4-room apartment, named "Yucca 1", spans 90 square meters across two levels and was partially renovated in 2021 with comfortable furnishings. On the main level, you'll find a living room equipped with satellite TV and an exit leading to a terrace. The open kitchen features 3 hot plates, an oven, microwave, and a dining table. There's also a shower/WC on this floor. Upstairs, one room has a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), while the other two rooms each have 2 pull-out beds (2 persons). An exit from the upper floor leads to a balcony. Please note that the two floors are connected by an internal staircase, which may be shared with others.
