"Not our best stay in Croatia. We spent one night in room 7. The room did not have any shower products. Towels were included but one seemed dirty. "I will give 3 stars for this property because the reception staff was very friendly and the location of this property. Regarding cleanliness not a good experience in the advert was told that will be cleaned every day but not true. We had to go and ask for it. On arrival, the bed wasn't prepared and no towels in the room so we had to go and ask."

The bathroom however is located off one of the bedrooms so this was the only downfall as it meant the couple staying on the sofa bed had to pass through the bedroom to access this. "I cannot say enough good things about this boutique hotel . Miramare is only one year old and has the feel of a 5 star hotel . You are only a 15-20 minute walk along Kolovare beach to get to all the sites in old town . The staff and service were so friendly and accommodating especially Zoran who looks after the front desk and the proud owner Veljko who is happy to chat . Restaurant in the hotel has a wonderful breakfast and dinner menu you don't have to leave the hotel for anything .I would like to thank everyone at the Miramare Hotel for a wonderful stay . My only regret was that our stay was only 3 nights . We will stay at this hotel again when we return to Zadar . I highly recommend this hotel . "
