Room was very clean except for the suede sofa (there were a few old stains on it). Staff was very friendly and made the check-in experience seamless. They offer free bug spray use in the lobby. Location was very convenient, we were just a few minutes walk away from Ita Thao pier for the ferry and restaurants/shops. The hotel's breakfast was good and they offer free tea (they claim to be premium) and biscuits during the day until 6pm! Overall, we had a comfortable stay here and would rebook if we ever visit again!

Great option for staying in Ita Thao. My room had a partial view over the lake and everything was so quiet. It was an excellent break from Taipei buzz. Would improve comfort in the room, especially in the bathroom.

Relaxing in Sun Moon Lake

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was nice with plenty of space. Staff were all super friendly and went out of their way to look after us. The daily tea sets were a nice touch.

Great hotel near Lake

It was a bit difficult to locate the hotel but when we found it no regrets. It was facing the lake and we regretted not booking the lakeside view. Hotel provide good and simple breakfast. The staff all.very friendly.

While the view was beautiful, the room was pretty average. It was a great location and super easy to walk to for food. I like that breakfast was included and how the receptionists were very friendly. While the room was clean, it was very outdated. I love how there were lots of windows in our room to see the view though (level 6). Overall this was an okay hotel, but quite expensive for what you get.

Service is excellent- staff are friendly and helpful. Room is quite spacious. Breakfast is basic, as in most minsu. Hotel is rather old and bedroom floor is rather dusty. No hand soap or hand towels provided. Location is right next to the Ita Thaoqlake and just 3 minutes walk to old street and pier. Room rates pricey considering the condition of the room and facilities.

Perfect

If there were one word to describe my stay, it would be “Perfect”. From the full windowed rooms which view is right to the beautiful lake to the wonderful staff at the hotel, the whole experience was amazing. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Location is also great near the shopping street. The staff were very friendly and smiling and event went an extra mile to help me and my family when we were having some trouble with purchasing HSR tickets. Thank you so much. This hotel will definitely be my first choice when I visit Sun Moon Lake again :)
