First time in Yosemite area. If not staying in valley hotels, this location is great. Close to Glacier Point and the valley. The property is well stocked with all the essentials. Bill was wonderful to work with had fast answers to all questions. We were in Yosemite so we were there just to sleep and eat and this place fit our needs.

We did a long weekend trip in Yosemite and loved our stay here! We appreciated the kitchen that was fully stocked with utensils, dishes, salt and pepper, cleaning supplies. We liked how there were sufficient towels, toilet paper. The place was also really clean! There’s no AC but with the windows open, fans on and he had an extra fan as well it was totally fine. There were also just helpful small amenities like flash lights, ice and tupper ware that made a big difference since the closest store is not close.It was a 30 minute drive to the Yosemite welcome center. We liked the small patio outside we had dinner out there. Bill is truly a great host!Overall great experience - would come back.

Perfect for Yosemite

The location of the property was amazing. As first timers in Yosemite, it was so awesome to be staying inside the park, yet still have all the amenities of home. If staying/traveling with non-campers, this made it such a great visit!The house is very clean, plenty spacious, and is equipped with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the AWESOME dvd collection, which was perfect for decompressing with family after a long day in the park. The house was great, the host was tremendous, the location was perfect and overall made this one of the best national park visits we've had yet!

Best stocked VRBO and easy checkout

This was an incredibly well stocked VRBO. Since we were inside Yosemite National Park where there is very limited places to stock up, it was an added bonus. Lots of paper goods, detergents, even coffee filters!They had lots of plates, cutlery, good knife set, coffee cups and glassware. We were 4 adults, and there was 8 of everything. What a treat.Check out was minimal, just having to load and start the dishwasher.Would definitely recommend.

If you want to spend your vacation in Yosemit NP you need to look here. We passed thru park gates, showed our reservation confirmation, and never left the park the week we were there. i was worried about the early heatwave and no AC, but the house stayed cook with ceiling fans and opened windows at night. It was the perfect vacation.

Great access to Glacier Point Road

My wife and I spent two nights in this large home, which is reasonably well equipped. There is no AC, but it was not needed, at least not in late May.Our primary reason for staying in Yosemite West was for the quick access to Glacier Point Road, which begins just 10 minutes away by car. Definitely lets you get a jump on the crowds there. And the Valley is relatively close, too (about 35 minutes with no traffic), if you want to base yourself in Yosemite West.

Quite House w/ Great Yosemite Access

Loved the Yosemite West location, the view at the end of the road, and a comfortable house. While not flashy, it is quite comfortable. The host, Bill, was great and even went above and beyond to help me with a little request. Thanks, Bill! As with all VRBOs, if there is something missing from the kitchen, just ask!
