The apt was very centrally located and very quiet. However, with only self checkin, there were a number of issues that could have been solved if someone with knowledge of the apt met us upon arrival. I had to call the office and one of the staff offered to walk over to solve some of the issues. He wasn’t able to fix the issues and said the mgr would contact me. This was a Friday and by Sunday with no call back I sent an email covering the issues in writing. I finally received a text Tuesday that they were working on one of the issues - black out blinds in a bedroom could not be raised. The other issues were not mentioned. As we were out and about touring with locals, I was not waiting in the apt. to meet repair workers. Today, 5/17, we left after a 7 day stay. So, although the apt was located well, the number of issues that were never solved, left us with a bad feeling.
