Food was delicious, elaborate, and made with superb craftsmanship. Room was so comfortable probably one of the most comfortable ryokans we have stayed at. Private open air bath was perfect with snowing outside!"

"The hotel is right at the station, which made it incredibly convenient. It’s an unmanned hotel with check-in handled through a machine, but the staff I interacted with were very polite. There’s also a lounge area with vending machines, free tea and ice, plus extra toiletries if you need them."

"This property was incredible from the staff to the food! Very zen and relaxing, gorgeous surroundings ! Food was Michelin star quality."
