We stayed at this hotel to go to Omagari Fireworks next day. There is a one man train running between Kitakami to Yokote where is about 20 min train ride to Omagari.The train station was next to the hotel that was perfect for the early train ride. 総ガラス張りでシティホテルのような外観、ビジネスホテルとしては、かなりゆったりした広さのロビー。

とにかくいい、すごくいいです。新幹線の駅前と立地も抜群で、ビジネスホテルとしては、ゆったりロビー。何度も宿泊していますが、また来たい。

朝食が残念

朝食がメイン3つぐらいが七時半に全くなくておかずしかなく残念だった。暖房が準備中で効かない時があり問い合わせしたときの女性スタッフの対応は素晴らしかった。

駅前の便利なホテル

JR東日本のホテルなので、駅に近接しており、とても便利でした。バイキング朝食もメニューが多く、部屋も清潔、アメニティも充実していました。 　カード式のキーのホテルがほとんどになってきましたが、ここでは依然としてキーを使っています。外出時はフロントに預ける必要がありますが、フロントが混雑していることが多く、そのあたりにフラストレーションを感じました。

少し古めかしいJR系ホテル。

他のメッツホテルと比べると少々古めかしいようです。また北上という街が衰退してしまっているので土日の夕食は選択肢が非常に少ないです。なので朝食サービスはほんとうに助かります。
