"This is a great place to have an authentic Japanese experience. The traditional rooms with tatami floors were spacious and clean. The bedding was light and warm. The onsen experience was very pleasant. The traditional breakfast was flavorful and so were the welcome snacks. Definitely a valuable experience for those visiting the area."

"Beautiful space - elegant, simple, comfortable, best dinner I’ve had on this trip. "

"Staff was super nice at this property. Service was top of the line. They even drove us up and down the road even though we could've walked. Food was delicious, elaborate, and made with superb craftsmanship. Room was so comfortable probably one of the most comfortable ryokans we have stayed at. Private open air bath was perfect with snowing outside!"

My room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and fresh towels were available daily on request. There’s also a lounge area with vending machines, free tea and ice, plus extra toiletries if you need them."
