The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. They were patient and would take the time to interpret our needs. Always obliging. This hotel has the best staff we have encountered in quite a long time. The room was spacious, comfortable and had all the necessary equipment. The buffet was breakfast was fantastic, a mix of western and Asian flavors. We left early in the morning and the staff made a breakfast pack and some coffee to take with us. The location is great, right next to the wall. Restaurants served delicious food and highly recommend trying both, including the rooftop. I definitely recommend this great hotel and would love to return.

周辺にお店がないことが静かですごく良かったです。部屋も広く、ホスピタリティも最高でした。(エアコンがないという情報がありましたが、ちゃんとあります！) 毎晩帰ってきたらスープのサービスがあり、スタッフの方もアットホームな感じで癒されました！ 街へはタクシー移動や西安駅も近いので不便なことはなかったです！(電車もタクシーも激安) 西安城壁への入口も近くにあり、全てにおいて大満足なホテルです！！
