"Room and pull out bed that was supposed to be used for my service animal was completely disgusting and stained. Horrible ac and when asked for a fix or to switch rooms, someone came up and had zero affect on the temp. No new room. "

"The Haya Hotel is perfectly located for walking around Ybor, and conveniently located to the free trolly to the aquarium, cruise port, and sports arena. I highly recommend staying there if you are visiting for a weekend stay, or looking for a place to stay before or after a cruise. "

"You should speak to your cleaners. The bathroom shelf on the window had soap wrappers and used bar of soap. There should’ve been Kleenex and a few more conveniences in the kitchen, no wine opener. Great communication with the Owners. House was a bit far from seventh Avenue to be walking, I would give a better description as to exact distance."

"We were in Tampa due to a canceled flight and found Home 2 Suites on line. We were pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the hotel, the breakfast and location. We will be back if we ever come to Tampa again."
