Great stay at Lanou Hotel in Beijing! The location is fantastic—close to many popular attractions, which made sightseeing so easy. The front desk staff were super friendly and check-in was very efficient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. As a business traveler, I really appreciated the smooth experience. Throughout my stay, she consistently assisted me with recommendations, directions, and many thoughtful details that greatly enhanced my experience in Beijing. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and warm personality truly made a difference. I would also like to give a special shout-out to Yue Long from the concierge team. He was always extremely patient in assisting me with my delivery orders, whether from Taobao or Meituan. His friendliness, sense of humor, and willingness to help brightened my days and made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself offers an elegant, relaxing, and comfortable atmosphere. My room was clean, well-maintained, and very pleasant to stay in. The location is also excellent for exploring Beijing.
