"We had booked two rooms for our family of 5. As of a stay of 3 nights, you get cleaning of the room. All other days you received fresh towels and complementary water bottles, which we considered a great service. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel is located close to the beach, restaurants and convenience stores. Free parking is included and is handled really smooth through license plate recognition so you can easily re-enter the parking lot. Great experience!"

"Great swimming pool, location, and excellent communication and customer service. We booked one room through Expedia and another through another provider since Expedia didn’t have a price for 3 people room and we were a group of 5. The hotel arranged the rooms close by as we requested so it was easy and convenient stay. Restaurants and convenient stores are close. Nacksansa is in walkable distance and Nacksan beach is right across the street. We had great time staying 2 nights at this hotel. Definitely going back."
