Noisy, fix the aircon; pls haha aircon noise I use ear plugs. Anyway I will not visit again so fix or whatever. We went to gym and than came back the room door was opened. Abit extreme hahaha Hahaha…. Sigh Also poor communication "

Unfriendly The best staff were at the restaurant at breakfast. Very nice. Although the food selection was limited compared with other hotels. My room was a bit threadbare with marked walls and scratched floor. "

"Good location, many bus route options. Hotel has great amenities, the shared kitchen and lounge area is really nice and has everything you need. The patio is a bonus! The rooms are nice and big, clean and stocked with everything you need. Highly recommend this place!"

"While the staff were very friendly, some of the facilities definitely need improvement. For example, the sofas showed signs of wear, and the towels were thin and frayed from use. The elevator wait time was too long. I understand the room amenities are mandated by policy, but the lack of even a comb was really inconvenient. The staff in the children's play area and the restaurant staff were excellent, but because of the staggered entry, the food on the counter was quickly devoured by the large group of guests. Many dishes, like salad lettuce and fried eggs, took a long time to be replenished."
