recently stayed at Angourie Resort and was overall satisfied with the experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with essential amenities such as a comfortable bed, clean linens, air conditioning, and a functional bathroom. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were courteous and helpful. The room was quiet and offered a good night’s sleep. Housekeeping maintained the space well throughout the stay. While not luxurious, the room offered good value for the price and was conveniently located near local attractions and transport. I would consider staying here again on a future visit.

A Grade Angouri Escape

Lovely eco-friendly resort with very comfortable apartment style rooms with spa baths. Outdoor eating are closed in with screens and glass so you have a tree top view of the outdoors. Washing machine and dryer on both ground floor and first floor of the building we stayed in. Has all the amenities you could want for a lovely couple or family get away.

Very nice place to stay, and great for kids too with a large pool, and games room. Our villa had a covered parking area (carport) and the villa itself was spacious, with a well equipped kitchen. No phone reception for anyone in our group really (Telstra and Optus) and a shame the WiFi didn't work properly at our area of the park, especially when indoors at night. Would definitely stay again!

I’m sad to say we didn’t book more time here! We stayed for one night in September. This is the place to be if you need a nice place to stay that is beautiful and relaxing. My daughter had a blast in the kids pool where she tried a water slide for the first time ever! The staff were welcoming and helpful. We walked to the restaurant and ordered take away and a gentleman brought us food to our room. Overall, a very lovely experience, I would recommend.

Stopped off for one night on a long driving work trip, the resort is nice but Wifi was terrible so couldn’t achieve any work. A bit old but nicely maintained, the resort has everything you need, but try not to be near the road, this was very noisy in the morning

Yamba is a good overnight stay for us driving from NSW to QLD and the property is nicely priced for an apartment style accommodation. Apartments near the road get some road noise in the morning and the overall property is showing its age in fixtures and furniture but overall it rates a good. No streaming services on the TV. Great hot shower.

Such a beautiful resort. Tranquil, relaxing, peaceful. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Was a great spot for an adults only weekend away. Sorry to the neighbours if they heard us shagging. We didn’t realise we had a window open and the whole resort created such a romantic atmosphere we got carried away.

We visited 4 years ago and had a lovely stay. Unfortunately the establishment has declined greatly since then. Gardens unmanaged, cobwebs on pool furniture especially around kids pool, lots of rust on pool furniture, the bodies of water green and mossy, playground is rusty and unusable due to midgies. There used to be a good nature walk which is blocked off now. Games room is outdated and needs an overhaul. Disappointed there wasn’t breakfast available. The spa was lovely but I won’t stay here again next time will check out the Blue Dolphin to stay but come back for the spa treatment.

Absolutely avoid this hotel! If I could give it negative stars, I would. It ruined our holiday and our impression of the entire area—we couldn't leave soon enough. We booked for a special occasion, which the hotel knew about, yet we were given the worst room in the resort (the ones talked about in the reviews). Our room reeked of mold and faced a busy road, making it incredibly noisy. The patio door opened directly onto a path/roadway, which is unsafe for families with children. When we brought this up to the staff, they rudely dismissed our concerns, saying the traffic calms in the evening. To top it off, we weren't given enough towels for amount of people in our booking, and the bathroom had no fan, leaving everything damp and uncomfortable. The beds in the adjoining room were damp after someone took a shower. So with no fan/extractor and no way to leave the windows open because of deafening road noise literally right outside the window, you can do nothing in this room. Not even sleep or breath comfortably. All the staff we encountered were rude and dismissive. The pools were cold and poorly maintained. The kids' pool was a disgrace—full of leaves and trash, and clearly not cleaned in ages. This place feels like a total money grab. It was the most expensive place I stayed in Australia, and by far the most disgusting. I feel completely ripped off and would never return.
