"Unfortunately this was a disappointing stay for my family & I. The house although appeared to be renovated; had ant infestation, no air in two of the three bedroom, strong smell or sewer/plumbing in the master restroom & the dinning chairs were dangerously unusable as every chair had missing screws. Location was close to the university which was a plus. "

"This property is a 10 out of 10. The home was very clean. We were able to control the pool and hot tub to perfect temperatures. The backyard is stunning. The owners are very attentive and accommodating. The home is close to beach, shops, and restaurants. We had a perfect stay and highly recommend this home. "
