Staff very accommodating. Does not hesitate to help. Central location. Close to link from and to airport and monorail to space needle. Very clean. The only downside is the noise at night from people on the street and ambulance/ police sirens.

Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were amazingly soft. The hotel provided us with 2 amazing robes. The gas fireplace made our room feel cozy and romantic. Our city view room was great! We were able to see the Space Needle building from our window. The 67 restaurant has a fantastic view. The food was delicious! Making reservations is a must! The coffee shop has very good coffee and Chai tea. The only downside is that it closes early. We had a wonderful time in Seattle! :)

Almost everything was perfect. It was clean, quiet and friendly. The main problem was I had reserved a handicap room with 2 queen beds and it was not available. My son is in a wheelchair and the regular room with 2 queen beds does not give enough room between the bed and wall to access the bathroom. ...
