"Good value, charming, quiet, restful place. Just what we needed. Everything worked, and stocked well. Only complaint is too much clutter and furniture made walking around difficult without tripping or hitting things such as extra couch and tippy coffee table."

"The hotel itself is quite old and charming in its own way. However, this is really not a hotel more of a old bed and breakfast converted into a Hotel. The floors are old and creaking and the walls are thin. So any activity outside your room is very audible and can be disturbing. The room itslef despite recent renovations still feels quite dated and more like a bedroom in a house not a hotel room. Think small and utilitarian not lavish and roomy. No common things like a TV, alarm clock, etc....

9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (62)
"This house is wild! It looks like it was the most decadent place people could even imagine in the 50's. When you're there you can totally imagine ladies in sleek evening gowns and fancy hairdos sipping martinis while men in loosened ties play snooker. The floor the ceiling windows in the living room and upstairs master are STUNNING. The architecture is textbook perfect for the era. There's even an old indoor elevator! That said, this house is now very old and in need of some updating. But to be...
