"Amazing staff, clean, good amenities. Building itself is really something to marvel at. Location was slightly far from the main train station (10min walk), but it was made very easy by the over street pedestrian walkways. Very close walk to Ginza as well!"

"I always stay at the Nikko Narita Hotel; before traveling abroad and when I come back to Japan. The shuttle service to Narita and the shuttle service to the hotel are so convenient. The rooms are always clean, there are numerous amenities and including the breakfast buffet in the morning is a must! What I find unique is that they also have a Lawson’s convenience store inside for those late night snacks and drinks. The front desk staff is always helpful. They speak both English and Japanese too."

"Excellent location, better than I expected. A few minutes walk from train and metro stations, markets, restaurants and bars. A big plus for skyliner service from Narita. Although situated on a busy street, inside hotel is very quiet, no disturbing noise. Staff are very helpful and attentive. Good sized and comfortable bed, adequate shower. Only minus was no drawers provision for clothes, only a few hangers. I would certainly recommend for a first time visit to Tokyo and would stay there again if competitively priced with other hotels in area."
