"I was welcomed by a sign saying call for assistance. A woman answered, clearly irritated by the inconvenience and then rudely ask if I had a reservation. She did not have my prepaid accommodations available nor did she apologize. She gave me the next downgrade. The room was fine until the next morning when we noticed that the bathroom had many ants.
