Words cannot describe the smells we encountered. Arrived and checked in to a 'Deluxe' room and couldn't breathe with the thick smoke smell. Then saw the first dead cockroach and returned to reception to ask to upgrade. Paid 75 GBP to upgrade to a business suite and it wasn't much better. The thick smell of smoke on every furnishing cover was horrendous, and such a strong smell of vinegar when we turned the air conditioning on. Walls are filthy, with what appeared to be blood, cleaner didn't change cups or glasses but was in the room daily. Surprised not to have a fridge too. The suite was a really good size, and if it had been clean and didn't smell so badly, we would have been impressed. 40 minute taxi into central Shenzen.

I had a very satisfying stay at this hotel during my business trip. The room was clean and tidy with comfortable bedding, which instantly relieved my tiredness from work. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to travel around and handle business. The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, providing efficient check-in service with careful attention to details. The environment was quiet with good sound insulation, ensuring a great sleep. It offers high cost-performance and is perfect for business travelers. I will definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it!
