The stay was very nice. This location is right next to Times Square so it is accessible to many sights, dining and the subway. The room was rather small for 4 adults and the two beds took up most of the room We did not eat breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on that. Staff was helpful.

The classiest hotel in midtown — classier than The Plaza. If you are looking for old world New York, this is the place to stay. My wife and I stayed for one evening for our wedding anniversary and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast is exceptional, too. Spending money at The Pierre is well worth it. Enjoy New York the right way and stay at this property!

The staff was helpful and nice… was highly disappointed in the room the room was dusty the curtains were all ripped and no outlet on my side of the bed… The room was right across from elevation which made the room extremely noisy to be in
