Such a delight to find a Portobello hotel in Worthing as the Westow House in Crystal Palace has become a favourite. The Railway lives up to the Portobello standard. Great rooms with individual character. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Great bar and extensive outside area. Staff are extremely welcoming and friendly especially Riley and Lewis. And £5 off a beer for registering for the Portobello pub club - doesn’t get any better

Our room was spacious, very clean with all facilities available. Staff very helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We had a very enjoyable stay and looking forward to coming back soon. The hotel has been renovated beautifully.

Comfortable stay
Comfortable stay - our room was directly above the bar and not well soundproofed so music was loud in our room and you could hear staff taking quite clearly as they cleaned til 1am. Bed and furnishing were nice and fit for purpose. A little pricey for what it is but a comfortable stay and good location to walk to local amenities.

A great stay
The hotel is a beautiful building and has been renovated really well.Our.room. was avery good size the bed was super comfy and the shower amazing.All the staff we.met were very friendly and helpful.We also enjoyed the food very much.

Friend’s birthday weekend.
The Railway Hotel has recently been refurbished and it’s lovely . It’s been done beautifully, rooms are very smart and comfortable. It’s above a pub but the music stops at 9.30pm so residents aren’t bothered by it being too noisy . The hotel is very convenient for everything in Worthing and right opposite the train station . You can park there as well if your driving a car . I had a lovely stay at the hotel and would definitely stay there again .

The rooms are all newly refurbished, our room was really large and well equipped. Super shower, very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and pub is great. Rooms are quiet, cannot hear the pub from them. Highly recommended
