「Had a wonderful stay at The Beach House. The hosts Carol and Simon were very friendly and welcoming, giving some excellent pointers to nearby attractions and food options. The space itself was beautiful, well-equipped and just what we needed for a relaxing time away. Waking up to see the sea through the window and balcony was just stunning. Very easy to find, convenient parking and all-round wonderful stay. Can’t wait to come back again.」

「The Smugglers Snug is, in many ways, a wonderful place to stay. The location is perfect and the style/decor is lovely. The only downside is the comfort. The beds and sofas are feeling quite worn now and you can feel the springs digging in.」

「We had a good holiday on our fifth visit to Old Lock Cottage. We loved the new kitchen and the newly decorated house. We appreciated the supply of logs for the cosy wood burner. The location is perfect with many restaurants nearby.」

「Smaller than pictured. Nice kitchen, bathrooms and views. Easy parking. Adjacent to a very noisy street all the way to 2am in the summer. Not pleasant on hot days due to lack of a/c, and difficult to sleep with open windows due to noise. The renter needs to be in decent physical shape to climb two tall flights of narrow stairs with luggage.」
