「This property was just as described, nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Great location only a few minutes walk from the pier and the centre of Brighton. Only drawback for us as a mixed family group, there were no curtains / blinds in the bedroom, so no privacy. Overall very good value for money.」

「I'm only giving it 3 stars because the accommodation was not how I understood it to be. The accommodation is clean and modern and the host very welcoming.Due to the wording in the description, I thought I was staying in an apartment within a townhouse that consisted of the bedroom, 2 bathrooms (one of which was not en-suite so was shared among us), kitchen, balcony and parking.The description of the host being a welcoming family with a dog, I thought was the simply part of the hosts profile....

「The property itself is really nice. Very comfortable and within a short walk to most places someone would want to go. The checkin was a little out of the way, and the areas around the front of the building at full of trash, homeless people, and a stench of urine. It is also a very loud area at night and the apartment itself doesnt do well with keeping the sound out. It could be a really nice place with a little TLC. 」

「２週間滞在しましたが、ブライトン駅の近くですが、住宅街の中にあり、静かでした。ケトルのほか、電子レンジとトースター、冷凍庫つきの冷蔵庫があります。近くにスーパーやパブがあるので、長期滞在にピッタリです。」

「I work in high end construction here’s my feedback. Front doorway had no lighting outside so it was dark coming back into the main entrance. The flat smelt severely of damp likely source being the washing machine. The bed head on one of the beds was broken at the back and had just been propped back in place and the table furniture was of low quality. The sinks didn’t drain properly as the drains need to be cleaned out. .」
