「Very rundown needs a revamp」

「Room clean and tidy. No one at reception at 10 this morning to report; *toilet didn’t work, no water in cistern. * hot water takes 5 minutes to come through 」

「2nd visit within a week as so good the first time. Nice spacious room clean comfy bed. Pub next door for diner. A gift of a beer and lovely red wine appreciated. Recommend this motel. Thankyou. 」

「We had a one bedroom unit. It was spacious and quiet; well positioned with a view towards playing grounds & scenic hills; walkable - 15 mins walk to the CBD (cut through the road by the sporting grounds); 15 mins to Woolworths & Big W. Would be happy to stay here again anytime.」

「The room was clean and tidy. The property however appears tired. The restaurant is closed and not available. It is up for lease. The motel is some distance from town and food outlets are not available close by. Had to go into town for a meal. Was disappointed with that as there was no mention of the restaurant being closed in the advertisement.」

Surprisingly even though right a main road it is a nice quiet motel. Don't let the name 'budget' make you think twice. Highly recommended and definitely would stay again.」
