Ocean Breeze boasts a beautifully maintained garden and extensive patio area with garden furniture, offering far-reaching coastal views. The garden leads to a secure shed for storing surfboards, bikes, etc., and includes an outside tap and hose area. A gate at the lower part of the garden provides easy access to Woolacombe Beach and Village.

The property offers two off-road designated parking spaces. Pets - not allowed
Leave Barnstaple on A361 Braunton/Ilfracombe road. Go through Braunton, approx. 4 to 5 miles after Braunton you come to Mullacott Cross Roundabout ? turn left to Woolacombe. Follow the road to Woolacombe ? as you get into Woolacombe you pass the Royal Hotel on your right, take the next turning on the right, Chichester Park alongside the church, then take the first left onto Springfield Road, 2 Longbeach will be on your left. Please park in the allocated parking for number 2.
