The young lady at the front desk was absolutely delightful...the rooms were clean but very cold and the hot water wasnt so hot. Outside of that the place was close to everything, clean, and safe.

The place is beautiful and spacious. The rooms are carpeted and clean. There were small amenities of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hand soap available. No bathing soap was in the bathroom. The room had a mini fridge, tv, safe box, and desk. At night, my husband and I found it hard to sleep. There were vents above the head of the bed, and we heard mice running back and forth at night. Once checking in, I was told I would be charged a $160 fee for the restaurant and if we don't use up $160 at the hotel's restaurant, then I would be reimbursed after the stay is over in a few days. We had breakfast once at the restaurant inside the hotel and our waiter did ask us if we needed anything and also if we wanted more coffee and we said yes to coffee and we also requested ketchup. However he never brought it. He asked the right questions, but wouldnt follow through with requests nor refills. Overall the place is beautiful and it is convenient that there is a restaurant at the hotel, but it can use some improvement.

great breakfast, superb meals

I think service was the most disappointing at front desk and restaurant . The host Also , we ended up going to Riggs for breakfast one morning because the breakfast menu was very mediocre and eating it for 3 days in a row got very old . Dinner menu is not bad but also only if you eat there once , they don’t even offer daily specials that would add a little variety .
