Decided to splurge and not go with the company recommended hotel rooms when I attended a convention in Nashville and I’m so glad I did. This lived up to all the reviews. Serene tranquil luxury yet in the middle of everything. Staff was amazing and I had the best deep tissue massage of my life!

It wasn't terrible....but a few things definitely need improvement. The overall smell of the hotel could have been better and more inviting. There was burn holes in the comforter and a stain which is a NOT OK at all. Housekeeping came to do linens and nothing changed!!! Updates are needed throughout entire space and for the price, these things aren't too much to ask for. It's one thing to leave a comment but something different for the establishment to actually make some changes...just saying.

We left early,so we didn’t get to experience thebreakfast. But I’d guess it was excellent because everything else was😊! This property is undergoing complete renovations (4-26 ) and we were in a recently renovated room.
Joy was very helpful and a peach to talk with!

I enjoy staying here just to admire the property. The gardens are absolutely beautiful and spring is finally here!! Staff is great and friendly. Enjoyed daily walks in the garden, slowing down to people watch and shop.
