Located in the peaceful rural setting of Boundary Farm in Saxtead, the Hayloft is a two bedroom holiday home full of character, original exposed beams and wonderful views over the countryside. Surrounded by six acres of idyllic gardens, woodland and meadows the property opens out onto a rear garden and patio with a BBQ and lawn area (shared with the Cartlodge and the Farmhouse). There is a brand new additional games room with table football, board games and plenty of seating offering a fantastic

Fully equipped open plan kitchen and dining area including cooker, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave
French doors open onto rear patio and garden
Double bedroom with high quality Egyptian cotton linen and towels, chest of drawers and wardrobe
Twin beds with a pull out bed for a child made up with high quality Egyptian cotton linen and towels

First floor:
Spacious living room with exposed timber beams and a TV with DVD / CD player
