This hotel was beyond my expectation. It is a three star, but I would list it as a four star. Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were lovely. Cannot fault it at all.

Receptionist not welcoming and rushed through check in - serving two check ins together. Got an accessible room with wet room bathroom and no bath (not what was booked) got to room after a walk through a badly signposted maze. Room was cold - it took about 2 hours before the aircon heating started up - sounded like being on a 737. finally worked out the room was warmer with the 'heating' switched off. Booking included several rooms and some had full TV service some did not. Was looking forward to the swimming pool but did not use as had to walk outside of the hotel (in the cold) to get to swimming pool building, and was told to use the room towels for the swimming pool. Outside reception pavements very uneven and not well lit. Did not even think of using restaurant as not inviting. Very Disappointing stay.

"Choose other place. I found the dirty cloth on my desk when I came in and a big fry in my room. This hotel is very old and not pleasant to stay. It is very far from any place you want to go. I choose this place by seeing the picture. But I did not find anything there on the picture. Do not stay ..."

"Stayed with my son and daughter. Very comfortable stay with new building, equipments and so on. Design and atmosphere is like Disneyland but more natural and wild."
