Good breakfast friendly staff Plenty of parking Good gym But the swimming pool was not working for both the days we stayed - it was one of our primary reason to book this place (we were visiting Windsor bath and Stonehenge ) despite being further away to our planned visits

Stayed here while visiting my mom for the weekend with my partner as she lives in Wokingham. We picked it as it’s one of the few properties with a pool. It was adequate for what we needed and the staff were excellent. Breakfast is a nice touch and the usual buffet which felt like a treat.

Room was fab, nice and airy and clean. Staff were more than happy to help and were all lovely with my 4 year old son. We used the swimming pool which was cordoned off for us splashing about and lane swimmers. Dinner was OK, loads of choice at breakfast. The dining room was lovely

Legoland trip

We stayed here as a family of 3 during a trip to London then Legoland. The hotel is an easy drive from Richmond and to Legoland. During our stay the staff were incredibly friendly. The hotel grounds, bar/restaurant and leasuire facilities were great. The room was spacious and well equipped, the only downside was some small areas of mould in the bathroom. Overall would recommend

Had a spacious suite, the beds were comfortable, staff were friendly. The pool closes to children at 6:30pm which wasn’t great, and there was no air conditioning so it was hot. Other than that we had a great stay.

I just expected a bit more from a hotel clinging to the name Hilton! The restaurant menu bared no resemblance to the pictures on the screen above the reception desk, our room i assume used to be an office or conference room repurposed to be a bedroom, the en-suite was tired and worn but the cleaning staff had done a first class job, the bar could only supply Guinness to an ale drinker, first world problem I know but even a couple of bottled ales would have been nice and £22 for two packets of peanuts and two packs of crisps! Blimey I thought, would I go back, who knows, I would probably stick to a Premier Inn maybe

We’ve been to St Ann’s a number of times over the years. We like the swimming pool and the having evening dinner with a very good menu. The breakfast is particularly good. It’s just a shame, and it’s mentioned by the hotel themselves in their literature, that the rooms are not air conditioned. It was very warm and though there was a fan in the room it was very noisy so we had to turn it off.
