I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Audrey was a wonderful supervisor who paid special attention to my needs and ensured that I was comfortable throughout my visit. I sincerely thank her for her care and professionalism. I would also like to thank Janine from room service for her excellent work and understanding of my preference for cleanliness.
