Flooring was peeling up all over the room. Sink didn’t drain. AC broken. Not impressed. It’s Miami though. Nearly every hotel is garbage until you spend some $$$, so expect it, which is really sad.

Little underwhelming, smelled like dog, construction next door starts 6am, no patio furniture, apartment seems dingy not very clean. Disappointing. M

Location if the hotel is good, near by restaurants, cafes, pharmacies,..etc. The hotel is ok, upper 3 stars level. The room service was ver accommodating, whenever something is requested we got very quickly. Room was good size and with nice views (ocean and city).The ocean water was very good to swim and ckean, j Check in was very slow despite showing up at the hotel after 10 PM, not busy time. , very basic 1 bdr, with some old furniture and appliances, all worked, but loud. Also, we could hear other guests from the adjacent rooms and hallway, so quite time, when needed, is barely possible. There a restaurant on site, and bar at the pool, the wait can be several minutes to get a drink at the bar, and hours to get a drink on the beach. ust little seaweed, but not annoying. Beach gear is avaliable, but it gets busy some time and beach staff refuse to set up umbrellas if it is little windy, but clearly not a problem to put up them, like most near by buildings. Overall all, this hotel is Ok, but definitely not more than 3 star hotel.

The room was beautiful and it worked for being soo close to Kaseya center.
