「We were very happy with the space and the condition. Nice and quiet neighborhood, and close to downtown. We would rent it again. Just a note: the hinge on the toilet seat is broken, and the bathroom sink stopper mechanism came loose. Thank you for a nice stay.」

「I had a hard time rating this place as we elected to not stay. We didn't feel safe. This is in a visibly rough area of town; we saw people walking in the street in their robes, garbage strewn about, and general decay. The exterior of this building blends in with the rest of the neighborhood. The screen door was broken with old sticker residue on the glass, building is overdue for maintenance (flaking paint, etc), and weeds for the yard. 「Great host and great service, was older than we were expecting from add but still worked for what we needed. It is listed as an apartment and you can't tell from the pictures but this is actually a 1925 house that has been split into two suites and given a coat of paint then rented. Like I said works for what you need and isnt bad just older than we expected from add」

「The stay was accurate to description. The location was close to the city and ubers where no issue. However there was an unpleasant smell and the heater didn't work. Overall, my group felt that the stay was just ok. A hotel would've been just as comfortable and more affortable. 」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property met all expectations and the hot tub was a perfect way to end each night. Downtown Winooski is quaint with cafe, restaurant, and brewery options, and Burlington is less than 10 mins by car. We visited the Ben & Jerry's factory and took in a movie at the Sunset Drive-In. A wonderful end-of-summer trip at an ideal property for 8 friends or four couples.」
