Lack of transport (i.e. no bus provided by hotel) to and from airport an issue. Not far so cost of taxi not bad but getting a taxi during busy times made for anxious moments getting back to the airport.

Great location and converted old Virgin Hotel. Room was fine and hotel basics were fine. There wasn’t any room service daily or for my 3 night stay. There was a strike for housekeepers and they were LOUD out front everyday. Not sure what the hotel fee was for on top of Expedia hotel charge was for, they gave me 2 waters the first day and that was it. They also upsell their vacation club/time share a lot, kinda odd.

Customer service was awesome. Of going to Chicago I recommend taking the hotel shuttle back to the airport and grabbing the train from there.

This is a real find! Conveniently located, clean and well appointed with an able and helpful staff. Outstanding breakfast and easy to use shuttle to the airport. Lots of restaurant choices within walking distance.

Astro I stayed in on a 3 Day Rd. trip home. Because it was so mild outside. It would’ve been lovely to have an outside sitting area, but that probably doesn’t happen very often.

The stay was great and the staff were absolutely amazing and helpful. I did not like how we had to switch rooms due the carpets being re done and then getting transferred into a room over looking a parking lot instead of the beautiful river, which would have been nice giving that was my first rooms ...

When booking this room I had specifically asked if there was a hot tub and they had said yes but there is not one. Also had asked if they do rides to the casino also said yes but they don’t. Waited in line for a long time on checking into hotel, need more then one person during “peak hours” otherwise ...
