Great location, although on entry the apartment did smell a bit musty. There were damp stains and peeling paint on the living room ceiling and there were several stains on the carpets. The bedside drawers in the bedroom were broken and both bedrooms could have done with a chair and chest of drawers. Bathroom in the back bedroom lacked shelves and the front bathroom had a broken bath panel. In the kitchen the grill pan and rack were missing, the tin opener was broken and the top rack in the dishwasher was faulty with no stopper. Overall we had a lovely time in Windsor and location was brilliant but the apartment was tired and really did need a bit of TLC.
The flat was close to the train station, shopping centre, restaurants and Castle. It has a large kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The showerheads in both bathrooms need attention. The carpets are stained in places and could do with a clean and some areas need a bit of TLC. Saying that, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.
We had a great time in Windsor. The apt was great, best Local outside the Castle itself, Lots of places to eat and even a live theater just a block away.
Location right by castle was second to none. The apartment itself is tired and needs some TLC. Paint peeling off doors, cupboard doors in kitchen need attention, the built in fridge was unusable as door doesn’t close properly (the ice box was completely full of ice) and therefore the ambient temperature did not even keep milk cold. The road outside was very noisy. Many people eating and drinking until very late. Vagrants sleeping outside, one of whom played bongo drums until 1130pm! Refuse truck arrive very early morning to clear rubbish from street, followed by food delivery lorries. The owner cannot control these things, but we felt these problems which must always be evident, should be reflected in the price. The owner did get back to us promptly about the fridge, but we decided to leave a day early because of the situation.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Host was easy to deal with. Stairs in the property could be an issue for guests with mobility issues but fortunately not for my party.

This property was perfectly located for a nice walk around the town, close to lots of restaurants and shopping.
Very nice apartment with lots of character and fantastic location. Check in was easy. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location, very clean, owner professional and responded quickly to any queries.
The down side first was that just before our stay, the owner contacted us to say there was a problem with the property and we could not stay there. He offered another property from his portfolio but it was 1 bed, 1 bath (with bed settee in the living room) as opposed to 2 bed, 2 bath. Not wanting to change our plans last minute we took the smaller property. The owner was most apologetic, offered us free parking elsewhere, a reduction in price and early entry to the alternative property. The owner was a pleasure to deal with, replied promptly to all queries, the property was very clean, nice decor and soft furnishings. Nothing too much trouble - would stay again.
