What a find! Beautiful large Victorian home, with all mod cons. Totally central. Free parking, and everywhere was walkable. Pub with roaring fires 80feet away. We even took the 599 bus to Keswick for the day, only 3 and the bus stop a 2 min walk from house. Everything you could need for cooking for our large group what there, and a super large dining room. Very comfy beds, spacious rooms, and fab bathrooms. We will definitely be back. Thank you.
What a fabulous cottage in a brilliant location, close to pubs, shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Debs is a fab host and was really helpful recommending fabulous places to eat and things for us to do with our 3 year old grandaugher. The house is cosy and warm, the beds are super comfy and the house itself was spotlessly clean. We absolutely thoroughly enjoyed our visit, and hopefully will get a chance to go again, but my gut feeling is it will quickly become fully booked as it really is a fabulous place to stay. It really is a jewel in Windermere's crown. 100% recommend if you want a clean, cosy, within walking distance to windermere centre and Bowness property. We will be back!!! Xx
