「二泊しました。初日に到着して案内された部屋は、洗面所の洗面台の吸水が悪く、なかなか水が引かず、またそうこうするうちに下から水漏れが。。。トイレに入るたびに床が濡れているのはちょっと嫌だったので、食事に出る際にその旨をフロントに申し出たところ、部屋の変更をしてくれました。年末年始の忙しい時期だっただけに、対応に大変感謝しました。ホテルの部屋は壁が薄いのか、床が薄いのか、上の部屋の人が歩く音、トイレの音、また横の部屋のテレビの音、話し声などよく聞こえました。騒音や雑音など気になる方は難しいかもしれません。ホテルの立地はとても良いです。ただ、町に入る国道沿いにあるため、割と車通りがあるように感じます。リバービューではない部屋の方が静かでいいかと思います。」
